For the 5th time the Hang-On OCR Camp will be held! Organized by, and on the course of the Hang-On Run. Spend a weekend on Hang-On’s amazing obstacle course and hone your skills so you are well prepared for any obstacle.
The goal of the camp is to prepare athletes for competitive obstacle races. We do this trough several training sessions focusing on different aspects essential for OCR (i.e. techniques, strength, coordination, etc.). We also want to introduce you to our vision of training for OCR and how you can improve your own training. Every camp we adapt to the wishes of our athletes, so make sure you know what you want to learn with us.
New and improved format
Every year we try to make our camps better to offer you an even better experience.
